- Please make sure that you and anyone included in your booking meet the following requirements:
- Minimum height: 1.2m
- Maximum weight: not weigh more than 21 stone/130kg/286lbs
- Maximum measurements: maximum waist measurement 125cm, maximum upper thigh measurement 75cm
- Remember those that under 18s must be with an adult (18 or above).
- Minimum age: 8 years old. 8 - 17 years – 1 adult to 5 minors.
- U18's, please ensure your booking includes the relevant ratios of adults to children.
- You must arrive 15 minutes before your climb time as latecomers cannot be admitted.
- Climb times are subject to availability.

Rescheduling policy applies:
£5.00 per ticket if the reschedule is beyond 48 hours of the climb date
£10.00 per ticket if the reschedule is within 48 hours of the climb date
No reschedule within 2 hours of the climb time or if the climb has taken place
Event Times: every 15 minutes. You must arrive 15 minutes before your climb time as latecomers cannot be admitted. Climb times are subject to availability.
