The booking process was such a hassle; I called and texted many times, even filled the online form twice, before I finally got a response after calling them again. This spanned over a week by the way. They apologised for the difficulty as they are very busy at the moment. Otherwise, it was a great relaxing massage and the ladies are nice.

I have booked a Swedish massage through Groupon, but I also booked Shellac manicure direct. Was really really happy with both. Although location is not great, but I will go back to have my nails fixed regardless.

I gave 4 instead of 5 stars simply because when I was calling to book an appointment it would just ring, I would leave messages with no response, I also tried the email option and did not receive a reply. I had to go directly to the beauty shop in order to book an appointment. Management need to resolve this so that there is no inconvenience to customers. All the stars would be for Tina! She is a lovely lady and the massage was relaxing. Thank you Tina😊xx
