Absolutely appalling the attitude of the staff was unprofessional and rude I wouldn’t recommend them at all especially when using groupon they don’t have a clue I was so upset and disgusted to be spoken to like that

I have just had the best facial of my life, and I've had many. My skin looks absolutely amazing and the entire experience was faultless...so good that I just had to make an appointment for another.

I contacted the salon 48hrs before our appointment to ask if I could reschedule as 1 of us was ill. The salon rescheduled our appointments from 10.00am to 8.40am without even informing me! I just received an email. Do not buy this voucher unless you want to eat your breakfast at the same time!!!

We had a booking for 2 people today for a massage and a facial each. As a whole we felt the place was nice, but the staff were not as professional. We felt the masseuse were not very informative for example when she started the massage she had cold hands, which I felt she should have mentioned. The massage felt very basic, their was no choice of oils etc there was nothing that would make me go running back. It seems the staff aren't as experienced, which you can tell with the way the massage and facial was done.

Saima is so nice. Amazing service, I will be definitely back for Indian head massage and facial. My skin looks fresh and it's glowing. I feel relaxed, almost fall a sleep while there.
