Rock Climbing

If you're looking to test your physical and mental fortitude, rock climbing may be the sport just for you. Climbing a natural rock formation, participants need to exercise a great deal of strength, agility, and endurance, as well as resolve the puzzle of their route and find the best way to their end-point.

Abseiling

Also known as rappelling, abseiling is a descent down a rocky slope on a rope attached and controlled by the person descending. It's a great and exciting way to get confident with heights and get used to the equipment without climbing up first.
