- Services
Our Services are there to make sure your day is extra special
Whatever you might need to enjoy your visit to Blackpool Zoo, we’ve got it covered. There are ATMs in case you need some cash, Lost and Found you can contact if you lost something in the Zoo and First Aid for those inevitable little mishaps.
- Toilets
All toilet blocks Include a disabled toilet and baby change facilities. Available in the Main Entrance Hall, next to the large children's play area, at the Lake View Cafe and next to the Darwin Centre.
- Baby Change
Conveniently situated in every set of ladies and gents toilets. Parent & Toddler Room
A quiet place to look after the needs of your baby, situated next to the large children's play area.
- First Aid
If you require First Aid, any member of staff will be able to help direct you to the Visitor Services Hub in the Main Entrance Hall. Visitor Services Hub

Blackpool Zoo
Blackpool Zoo is proud to have the only family of gorillas in the North of England, so make the acquaintance with Bukavu (the silverback), Miliki, Njema, and youngsters Meisie, Moanda and Makari. Then head next door to Orangutan Outlook, where you’ll find our family of amazing and lively Bornean orangutans. Take a visit to the single biggest investment in the history of Blackpool Zoo, Project Elephant Base camp which opened in March 2018 and is home to a herd of six elephants. This area has been specially designed around the needs of the mammoth species featuring state of the art equipment and facilities, including the largest indoor area in the UK
With a full schedule of talks, feeds and displays on offer as well as our interactive walk-though exhibits such as Lemur Wood, it's guaranteed to make memories that will last a lifetime.
