The Deal

Proving that working out needn’t be dull, these four one-hour classes aim to provide an innovative approach to exercise sessions. Customers can choose between pole dancing or aerial hoop classes, aiming to learning basic techniques, flexibility and routines before the four weeks are up. Alternatively, guests who want an all round dance experience can sign up for a month of dance fitness classes (up to two a week) which include Burlesque, commercial dance and adult ballet/tap lessons, among others.

Choose from the following options:

  • £11 for four 60 minute pole or aerial fitness dance classes (63% off)

  • £11 for up to eight dance fitness classes within a month

Pole fitness classes:

Sun (12.30-1.30pm), Tue (7.30-8.30pm), Wed (12-1pm)

Fitness dance classes:

Bendy bootcamp: Mon (7.30-8.30pm)

Burlesque: Mon (8.30-9.15pm)

Commercial dance: Thu (7.30-8.30pm)

Adult beginners tap: Tue (7.30-8.30pm)

Adult beginners ballet: Tue (6.30-7.30pm)

G: What spurred your passion for fitness?

“I have always been into health and fitness due to dancing since an early age. I started attending the gym aged 16 to compliment my dance training.”

G: How did this business come about?

“I have been planning on having my own business since I was 10 years old. I was unhappy working as a studio manager in a gym and took the plunge, starting community classes in Zumba, legs bums and tums and pole dancing before finding my first studio.”

G: What expertise does your team have?

“We are all experienced pole dancers having attended lessons for 3 years or more. We regularly meet to review our classes and train together, creating new techniques and exciting class plans.”

G: What exercises and routines does a lesson usually contain?

“All our sessions work on fitness. All our pole dancing and aerial hoop sessions start with a warm up and strengthening exercises with some cardio, before the main class on pole/hoop moves. We often put these into routines, or try spinning pole or do a whole session of pole bootcamp. We try to make each week different. You will always recap the moves learnt from the previous weeks so you don’t forget and get stronger and stronger.”

G: What advice would you give to someone who would like to exercise, but can’t get motivated?

“Find something you love. Exercise should not be a chore, it should be fun otherwise you won’t keep it up. Join with a friend for more motivation. Our class numbers are small, so it is easy for members to make new friends and help motivate each other.”

G: Which celebrity would you love to train with? Why?

“Beyoncé - just because I love her style and think with her strong body she would rock the pole.”
