About This Deal
The Deal
Leaving dry land behind at Botany Bay Boatyard, pairs can take in sights of rural Lancashire as they enjoy a traditional afternoon tea (usually £32 per person). Passengers will be greeted with a glass of fizz or soft drink each as the Leeds and Liverpool canal carries them on a 90-minute jaunt. Fresh cream and jam can be spread on scones, which are accompanied by cakes, chocolates and unlimited tea or coffee. Cruises are complete with a fully stocked bar, dance floor and and on-board compère.
The Merchant
Operating for over three decades, Boatel Party Cruises organises bespoke water-borne jaunts aboard The Royal Sovereign. The 60-foot-long canal vessel is fully equipped with a disco, entertainment, catering and a licensed bar, and visitors on sunny days can make the most of the back deck and its viewpoints for local fauna.
