About us:

• Our serviceable steam engines are stored in the Locomotive Running Shed, situated on the adjacent side of the main running line near to the signalbox, but the building is not normally accessible to the public.
• Discover the excitement and nostalgia of steam travel with a journey back in time on the Bodmin & Wenford Railway, Cornwall’s only full-size railway still operated by steam locomotives.
• Passenger train services operate throughout the year, and regularly from late March to early October.
• Join us for a varied and interesting programme of special events and special trains, which are an important part of the Railway’s calendar.
• Just a 10-minute walk from the Town Centre, we are proud to be one of Cornwall’s Dog-Friendly attractions!

The deal includes:

• 2 Tickets (Max 2 people - 1 Adult & 1 Child or 2 Adults))
• 4 Tickets - (Family of 4 or 2 Adults & 2 Children or 4 Adults)
• Coaches are made up with seats of four per table. Please note that if you do not fill a table, you may be sharing with other paying passengers.

Rides available:

All Lines service: The All-Line ticket includes a ride on both branch lines (to Bodmin Parkway and Boscarne Junction), meaning you will depart and return twice from Bodmin General.

Availabiltiy: 

• 3 Trains per day When: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Sunday Times: 10:45, 12:00 & 13:35 Subject to availability

• Peak - June - September 2023 4 trains per day When: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Sunday Times: 10:30, 11:50, 13:15 & 14:35 Subject to availability
