Lasting approximately an hour in total, the session begins with a consultation and assessment to help pinpoint any problems such as repetitive strain, back pain and sports injuries. Clients will then be advised on the best-suited holistic therapy. Chinese physiotherapy combines soft and deep tissue massage with stretching and acupressure. A holistic massage focuses on helping the body feel re-balanced, while a therapeutic massage uses relaxing but penetrating patterns of kneading.
