Appointment times for a new patient generally last 30 minutes and include:
- A full case history taking
- A full physical examination
- Diagnosis

Your Osteopaths will use physical manipulation, stretching and massage with the aim of, increasing the mobility of joints, relieving muscle tension, reducing pain, enhancing the blood supply to tissues helping the body to heal.
Osteopaths can treat conditions which have been bothering you for a short period of time or conditions which you may have had for weeks, months and even years.
