Bolly Flex

Bolly Flex has over 10 years of experience in teaching Bollywood dances in a variety of styles, including cultural Indian dance, modern, urban, commercial as well as classical Indian techniques such as Bhangra, Kathak or Bharathanatyam. Classes, organised for beginner as well as intermediate levels, combine dancing techniques with developing overall fitness and fun. Bolly Flex boats a team of over 20 versatile and renowned dancers, led by Leena Patel and Naz Choudhury. The company’s instructors have featured on Strictly Come Dancing, Got to Dance, Comic Relief’s Eastenders and Channel 4’s Stand up to Cancer. They also appeared in Bollywood Showstoppers at The O2 and the Nobel Peace Prize concert.
