Treatment times will be allocated on the day of arrival, however requests for specific times may be made, although not all requests can be guaranteed. For lunch option, please arrive between 9am-9.30am and for the afternoon tea option, please arrive between 2.30pm-3pm. 48-hour cancellation policy. Must be 18 or older. Valid Mon-Thu 9am-2pm or 3pm-8pm and Fri 9am-2pm. Excludes bank holidays. Choice of treatments include: Caudalie vinosource express facial, Caudalie lifting and firming eye treatment, Caudalie relaxing cranial massage, butter London express manicure, butter London express pedicure, Jane Scrivner body brushing. All inclusive spa treatments are 25 minute treatments. Inclusive treatments must be taken back to back. Spa must be vacated at 2pm for lunch option, and 8pm for afternoon tea option. Option to book double treatment room at £10 supplement (£5pp); please request on booking. Lunch option valid for £15 voucher towards lunch and Afternoon Tea consists of a selection of finger sandwiches, sweet cake items and a home made fruit scone served with homemade lemon curd, strawberry jam & clotted cream.
