⭐️ What Happy Visitors Say ⭐️

Excellent attraction to visit. Staff who run it are very knowledgeable about all of the different species of otters that are in the sanctuary. Very informative talks provided at each of the habitats at feeding times. The indoor butterfly greenhouse is also lovely. Very pleasant to walk around with all of the butterflies fluttering around your head.

Went for an otter experience for my friend's 21st birthday and it turned out being the best day! Very nice staff and adorable otters, the rain didn't spoil any of it! We even had the chance to have a close look of the babies! Thank you for having us, we will come back to see the butterflies!

Probably the best place to see otters in the southwest. Most of the otters are rescues, but several are breeding so presumably happy. The keepers are knowledgeable and caring. The butterfly (plus iguana and terrapin) collection is another attraction, and you might see a steam train in the background.

Spent a lovely time here. This was our first visit but definitely won't be our last. The otters are so sweet and popular and the place was uncrowded. We watched as they were fed and afterwards as they swam and played in their lovely extensive home.
