The Deal
A dash of jive, a whiff of ballroom, a slice of tango, a peppering of swing and a flavour of salsa; ceroc comes from the French 'c'est rock' and has been running for almost three decades as a dance exercise concept. Dancers can come with a partner or on their own and learn the basic moves in these beginner classes. There are sessions running throughout the week at different locations in and around London.
The Merchant
Ceroc was founded 30 years ago as a fusion dance concept whose primary focus is creating a fun, sociable atmosphere in which to work on fitness and co-ordination. Ceroc is an international concept with classes running in 15 countries, including various locations across the UK and Ireland.
