About Chop Chop Glasgow

The story behind Chop Chop began in 1997, when its founder brought jiaozi dumplings to Edinburgh, a recipe from the Changchun region of China. Within a decade, the first restaurant was established, offering a very different Chinese dining experience. The chain now boasts venues in Edinburgh, Haymarket and Glasgow, Glasgow, where kitchens prepare a spectrum of favourite dishes originating from across north-eastern China.

The Glasgow branch takes up residence in the heart if the city, moments from Glasgow central rail station. The menu features noodle, salad and soup dishes, lamb or beef with rice, and chicken, fish or pork with vegetables. A choice of wines, Chinese beers and traditional desserts or ice cream can accompany meals.
