The Deal
Adventurer enthusiasts large and small can up their adrenaline levels with an approximately hour-long course in the green landscape of Sandwell. Visitors will twice tackle the 10-foot high aerial traverse, scale the 40-foot climbing wall, drop to earth guided by the powerfan descender, and swoop through the air on the 60-metre zipwire.

Purveyors of all things outdoor adventure, Closer to the Edge offers high ropes courses at six locations across the UK, including Welwyn Garden City and Bournemouth. The Sandwell centre boasts a course with two levels of aerial traverses: one 10 feet off the ground for younger climbers, the other 40 feet in the air for older daredevils. Biking is available for those more comfortable with terra firma, and the West Midlands centre welcomes birthday parties, corporate away days, and community groups alike. Those after a more sustained outdoors experience can take up Closer to the Edge's duathlon, or perhaps a wild camp in the wilderness.
