- We require at least 1 adult for every 10 people 12 yrs and under. Anyone 12 years and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Fine Print
Appointment required, contact online at Cloud 9’s website ; provide Groupon code. Present Groupon on arrival. Persons under 13 must be accompanied by participating adult. Same day appointments accepted. We require at least 1 adult for every 10 people under 13.
Advisable to book online, and in advance, to avoid disappointment as vouchers are limited. The easiest way to book, and check availability, is online via Cloud 9’s website, or you can call 0203 87 37 999 between 9am-5pm.
Cancellations/amendments can be made at least 7 days in advance of your event date.
Can upgrade to a 2hr session for just an extra £5 on the day (dependent on availability).
PLEASE SIGN THE WAIVER BEFORE ARRIVAL. A link to your waiver is on your Booking Confirmation email. Alternatively, you can click on this link. Only adults can sign a waiver so they need to add each minors (anyone under 18) name & DOB to their waiver.

Height & weight restriction – everyone needs to be at least 1 metre tall. There is a weight restriction of 18 stones/115kgs.
Arrival Time - Please arrive 30 mins before your session starts, to enable us to check you in and give you a short safety briefing.
Grip Socks are compulsory. You can bring you own, or purchase them at reception for £2.
