Please present No1 Lounges booking confirmation on arrival to lounge (either on your phone or printed out).
Restrictions: No refunds, cancellations or amendments once booked. Must be 18 or older with a valid ID for alcohol. The Groupon voucher is valid from the age of 12+. Those who wish to bring children from the age of 5-11 would need to pay separately when booking. The fee is £20 per child and can be purchased when redeeming the voucher on the merchant's website. Children aged 5-11 are welcome to use the lounge, and at lounge discretion, may be required to utilise a designated area, or be seated as directed by the staff. Any children causing upset to another Customer may be asked to vacate the Lounge facilities or to utilise a designated family area. Each guest is entitled to one glass of house champagne. Each booking is for the 3-hour slot prior to departure time. Menu items are subject to change. Subject to availability. Early booking is recommended to avoid disappointment.
