How to Use:

The Face:

• You will need a base foundation and two stick foundations (one two shades deeper than the overall colour and one two shades lighter)
• Use fingertips or a Kabuki brush to apply a foundation to even out a skin tone and create a base
• With the darker of the two stick foundations, trace the temples with the curved edge of your Contomplate
• To highlight cheekbones use the triangular part of the Contomplate
• For a nose define the tip with a horizontal line or carry it into the brow if you have a shorter nose - use inner, outer and highlighter guide on Contomplate
• Take a damp blender sponge or applicator and tap over the area of the contour colour, merging it into your base foundation
• Tap in small circular motions using the bigger, rounded end of the blender
• Concentrate the lighter foundation stick underneath your eyes, a little bit in the centre of the forehead and on the chin, and the bridge of the nose
• Highlight the cheekbones, the tip of your nose, upper lip line and end with a fixing spray for a lasting finish

The Body:

• You will need a base foundation and two stick foundations (one two shades deeper than the overall colour and one two shades lighter)
• Apply a base foundation on the part of the body you want to highlight or contour
• Take a brush and start adding a darker foundation making a ''V'' between your breasts - use the curved edge of the Contomplate
• If you want to add depth to the body use the darker shade of a stick foundation
• Add a lighter colour to highlight and blend the colours together
