What is plasma skin tightening?
Plasma skin tightening aims to reduce the volume of excess skin with the use of plasma. It is a relatively new treatment, used in North America and Europe. The handheld device works by utilising the voltage in the air between its tip and the natural gasses emitted from the skin, forming a plasma charge. A small electrical arc is created, shrinking the targeted skin. The tissues retract and tighten.
What areas can be targeted?
The treatment targets the eyebags, eyelids and lip line.
What happens at sessions?
Clients will go through an initial consultation, giving them a chance to discuss the treatment in more detail. Each session lasts approximately 30 to 45 minutes, with results varying depending on individual skin types.
