Gin & Whisky Distillery Tour with Tasting in the Cotswolds We welcome you to visit our rural distillery in the heart of the Cotswolds countryside, where our expert guides will take you on a gin and whisky making journey. You will learn the craft of creating our fine spirits, whilst having the opportunity to see our bespoke distillation equipment in action before enjoying a tasting in our comfortable tasting room.

The Merchant
Cotswolds distillery is one of the first of its kind in the area, and the closest working distillery to London. They offer daily tours, in which guests can sample some of the gins and whiskies produced on the premises. The distillery is set in an area of outstanding natural beauty, while the distilling process is owed to the state of the art equipment housed within the historic building. Visitors can marvel at the distillery process at each stage of its creation, sampling some of the wares along their way.

Restrictions: Valid Monday - Friday. Excludes Saturdays and Sundays. Two Tours Daily 11am and 2pm. Tour lasts approximately 60 minutes. 48 Hour Cancellation Polic. Must be 18 or older. ID may be required for alcohol tasting. Children aged between 8 and 17 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Please wear suitable clothing to visit an industrial site. The Still House can get very hot, with hot surfaces around the stills. Customers will be required to complete liability waiver form on arrival. No flash photography allowed in the distillery. Flat shoes must be worn. Mobile phones must be switched off or set to flight mode whilst in the distillery. The distillery's first official whisky release is in October 2017, until then all tasting samples and bottles for sale are of new-make and lightly-aged spirit. Valid on option purchased only. Customers must quote voucher code at time of booking and present printed voucher on arrival.
