It doesn't hold itself to a single style or theme but designs its seasonal cocktail and food menus according to trends and available local ingredients. Patrons order not just drinks, but pieces of art inspired by stories of the city, served in styled glassware and offered by an exceptional server team with tons of experience. The colourful drinks are conceived to conjure nostalgia, reveal a story untold and surprise and delight the senses.
During the day, The Doubletree by Hilton Hull offers mocktails, Aperitivo and light bites the likes of prawn cocktails, crushed avocado on a sourdough and pesto chicken flatbread. When the night falls, patrons can get a cheesy pizza to accompany their drinks of choice or choose something more elegant, such as Thai crab cakes, duck bites or buffalo cauli bites. The bar serves a mix of traditional and signature cocktails, beers, wines and other classics like rum, Prosecco and whisky.
