Customer will pay the entry and exit fee of the Short Stay Car Park (if any). If staying for more days than the booked date after the booking has commenced, customers will be charged £25 for the first day and £15 from the second day onwards. If the driver is kept waiting for any reason at the terminal up to 45 minutes, £25 charge applies. Vehicles categorised as vans or larger than standard parking size would be charged £30 payable on drop off.

What to Do on Arrival

Customers should call our team of chauffeurs 0208 226 6789, option 3, or 0750 7592 555 when they are 30 minutes away from the agreed booked time from the airport. The chauffeur will then be dispatched to meet them. Please wait by the car at the terminal and the driver will approach. It is important to let us know about any late or early arrival so that we can ensure that we can be there for the meeting. While the company will do everything to accommodate reschedules, there might be nominal waiting time in that case. It is mandatory to give priority call to the operation team to avoid delays in drop-off and collecting the car. All instructions will be given upon booking.

What to Do on Return

The return directions will be given on arrival in printed copy along with return details. Call 0208 226 6789, option 3, or 0750 7592 555 once ready. After the call, the car will be dispatched within 25 – 30 minutes. All instructions will be given upon booking.

No vehicles taller than 6 feet and 6 inch height due to car park height restriction. Cars are stored in a locked secure compound with 24-hour security which is also covered by CCTV The price quoted is for the number of days vehicle will be parked in the car park and not for the number of hours.
