Fitness fanatics can head to the Watford Central or Woodside Everyone Active centres with 14 single-use passes allowing access to a range of facilities. Fitness suites contain state-of-the-art equipment and results cards are handed out so guests can tailor workouts to suit individual needs. The sports hall can be rented out to play a variety of competitive activities including badminton and basketball. Various classes are also held throughout the day into the evening, including Boxercise, Bodycombat and Zumba among others. A personal induction can be carried out if required, where a member of staff will show new customers the ropes. Customers may want to head to the cafe for a coffee afterwards to unwind after a tough session.

Guests can embark by themselves in the gym or hire an on-site personal trainer to aid them through a session with use of the many innovative machines on offer. Sports halls, exercise studios and even climbing walls and saunas can be found in many of the nationwide centres. Adults and children alike can make use of the facilities, with a range of classes available for people of any age.
