The Deal
Bench press, squat or lift dumbbells up to 50kg in the free weights area, run it out on the cardio machines or get those abs crunching with the resistance equipment. Following an initial induction, clients can come and go as they please with a set of five or ten passes each providing one day's access to the gym.

The Merchant
The Tower Hill branch of énergie's Fit4less is kitted out with a comprehensive range of general and specialist equipment, including cardiovascular and resistance machines, free weights and more. Changing rooms are spacious and feature lockers ready for personal padlocks, plus shower facilities, hairdryers and plugs for other appliances. The gym is open until 11pm Monday to Thursday, 10pm Fridays and 7pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
