About Florence Nightingale Museum
Located within St Thomas's Hospital, across the Thames from the Palace of Westminster, Florence Nightingale Museum celebrates the famous social reformer, statistician and founder of modern nursing. Having opened its doors in 1989, the museum boasts a collection consisting of personal material relating to the life and work of Florence Nightingale, objects associated with the Crimean War, and miscellaneous nursing artefacts. The museum welcomes both individual visitors and groups.
