All workout goals can be attended to with this choice of 60-minute exercise class. Available daily from 7am, they include the military-style bootcamp, the stomach-blasting abs/core, and the boxing-inspired boxercise. Mums-to-be can strengthen their body and LBT will work legs, bums and tums to help clients look their best in a bikini.

A team of personal trainers are on hand to motivate and help clients achieve their desired fitness goals with tailored program setting, nutrition advice and tailored nutrition plans. The extensive range of 30-minute classes include the likes of traditional circuits as well as body pump and many more. Post workout services include massage therapy and Fusion Fitness' team of highly trained therapists are available to help loosen tight muscles and prevent injuries.
