Self-service selection of: cereals and muesli, fresh fruits, fruit juices (orange, apple, grapefruit and cranberry), natural and fruit yogurts, dried fruit, nuts and seeds, granola, marmalade and 315’s own jams, local honey, English breakfast tea, or choose from our selection of fruit and herbal teas, freshly ground coffee, hot chocolate and toast.

Choose from: cooked options of full English (bacon, black budding, 315’s own recipe sausage, mushrooms, tomato, Heinz baked beans and choice of egg), porridge with cream and local honey, croissant with 315’s jam (allow for 10-minute cooking time), smoked salmon and scrambled egg, poached egg on toast with Parma ham, boiled egg and soldiers, omelette with choice of filling of cheese, ham, tomato, mushroom, onion, chives and/or Mediterranean vegetables.

Selection of homemade bread toasted and served with local honey and/or marmalade and 315’s own jam.

Dinner

Fillet of beef topped with a pate herb crust, brown cap mushrooms cherry tomato confit and hand cut chips, served with Merlot wine sauce.

Fillet of beef can be exchanged for any of the following: salmon, poached egg with lardons of bacon, roasted root veg, sage risotto with Parmesan cheese.
