The Resort
Alton Towers Resort comprises of the UK’s biggest Theme Park, Water Park and accommodation complex where guests can experience over 50 rides and attractions for adults and children alike.
The Theme Park is divided into over ten differently themed areas including an African village, haunted house, a post-apocalyptic landscape, family areas and gardens.
The Water Park boasts a variety of interactive water features including rivers, cannons, water coaster and a lagoon, while the 9-hole crazy golf course offers further entertainment for the whole family.
The Enchanted Village welcomes guests to a fable folk-themed environment including Woodland Lodges, children’s play areas and a range of family activities. At the heart of the Village, the Crooked Spoon restaurant offers hearty dining opportunities for all the family.

Can I book over the phone?

Who should I contact to find out if there are rooms available on the dates I want to stay, before buying my voucher?

I purchased a voucher for the Alton Towers Hotel, but there are only rooms left in the Enchanted Village / Splash Landings Hotel on the date that I want to stay?
- Your voucher will also be valid for the Enchanted Village Lodges and Splash Landings Hotel and this can be changed during the online booking process (subject to availability) by selecting an alternative accommodation in step one.
There is no availability on the dates that I want to visit?
- Unfortunately, some of our rooms are limited in availability. We recommend booking as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
Will my Theme Park / Water Park / golf tickets be valid on the first or last day of my stay?
- You can choose which day you prefer to use your tickets however the Theme Park is closed on Tuesdays/Wednesdays therefore we suggest that you use the activity schedule above to plan your stay. These will be issued at reception when you check in.
How do I upgrade my room or add more people?
- Unfortunately, we are not able to offer room/package upgrades as part of the offer.

All bookings must be made by 11pm on 16 October 2016.
Latest possible date of stay: 20 October 2016. Rooms are subject to availability.
