- After booking, you will receive an email allowing you to download the Go City app and synchronize your purchased pass on Ceetiz, making it easy to use on your mobile during your stay. Please ensure to provide your correct email address at the time of booking.
- If you prefer not to use the app, you can download a PDF version of your pass (with QR code for entry to each attraction) and the information booklet containing addresses and opening hours of each attraction. You can save them on your phone or print them at home.
- You will be asked to provide a tentative date when booking your pass, but please note that the validity of your pass starts from the first use (expiration date: 2 years after purchase).
- The day of the first use of the All-inclusive Pass is considered a calendar day. Therefore, if your first day of use is Monday at 4:00 PM, this Monday is counted as a day of use. We recommend using your pass as early as possible on the day.
- You are not required to choose attractions at the time of booking. Once on-site, simply present your pass at the entrance of your chosen attractions. Some attractions require advance reservation. A link will be provided on the app and in the guide provided with your pass via email. You will need to make an online reservation by providing your banking details (no charge will be made). You must present your pass on-site to complete the visit.
- You can visit as many attractions as you like each day. Each attraction can only be visited once per day.
- Fast-track access is available for some activities only. Additionally, some attractions require reservation. This will be specified in your information booklet.
- Most attractions are free for babies. Therefore, passes are not necessary in this case.

With your pass, you'll have access to the main attractions and can save up to 50%.

Reservation
- After reservation, you will receive an email allowing you to download the Go City app and synchronize your pass purchased on Ceetiz, in order to use it easily on your mobile during your stay. Please make sure to provide your correct email address at the time of booking.
- Fast-track access is available for some activities only. Additionally, some attractions require a reservation. This will be specified in your information booklet.
- Mandatory reservation via online form within 5 days following the purchase using this form. Your coupon must be attached.
- Once the form is completed, you will receive your exchange voucher by email from our partner. Only the voucher sent by email will be accepted on-site. The Groupon coupon will not be accepted.
- Upon arrival, present your exchange voucher sent by our partner at the entrance of each monument.
- After receiving the Ceetiz voucher, your pass is valid for 2 years. Then 60 days following the first use. You can distribute your days of use as you wish and therefore will not be required to use the pass for several consecutive days.
Note: The receipt of the voucher is not immediate after completing the form. If you do not receive your voucher within 5 days, please check your spam folder. If you still have not received it, contact our partner CEETIZ directly by email at groupon@ceetiz.com so that they can send it to you as soon as possible.

- The pass entitles you to priority access to some attractions (detailed information in the user guide).
- Please note that during peak hours, fast-track lines may also require waiting time at the entrance, but the wait will invariably be shorter than in the main entrance line.

- Child policy: from 3 to 12 years old
- The validity period of your coupon depends on the option you have chosen (date and duration of stay).
Details
Excluded: transportation and accommodation, meals and drinks, personal expenses, tips, insurance. A passport valid for at least 6 months after your return date is mandatory. Groupon disclaims all responsibility for formalities and cannot be held responsible for failure to obtain travel formalities or refusal of boarding by customs authorities.

- An information booklet in English will be sent to your email address detailing the addresses and opening hours of each attraction.
