The Experience
Discover the infamous former concentration camp of Auschwitz Birkenau, a must-see when visiting Poland. From the city centre of Krakow, travellers will be transferred by bus to the site where a professional guide will explain the origin of the camp, its history and the daily life of the deportees. Visitors will also be able to see the prisoner's barracks, which have been classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, as well as the roads, fences, control towers and railway lines that have been preserved. After the visit, you will be taken back to the starting point.

How it works:
1. After purchasing the pass, you must fill out the Groupon coupon by completing the form a maximum of 5 days after the purchase date.
2. Once the form has been completed, you will receive your pass by email from our partner Ceetiz. The Pass sent to you by Ceetiz is the only document that will be accepted onsite.
3. Once onsite, present the Pass sent to you by Ceetiz on your smartphone or by printing your pass.
Please note that only the Pass sent to you by Ceetiz will be accepted onsite. Groupon voucher will not be accepted. . If you do not receive your voucher within 5 days, please check your spam. If you still don't have it, please contact CEETIZ directly by email at groupon@ceetiz.com so that they can send it to you as soon as possible.

In order to respect the places you visit and their history, we remind you that a certain discretion is required. It is therefore forbidden to eat, smoke or shout. It is forbidden to take photos with the use of a flash in the buildings. You may only take photographs in certain parts of the museum. Due to the events that took place in the camp, some places and images may be offensive to people, especially children. The museum does not allow bags larger than 30x20x10 cm. They must be left on the bus during the visit.
Price includes the guided tour, admission to the site, and transport from/to Krakow center.
