Itinerary

Day 1:

• Depart from a chosen pick up point and travel to the port of Dover; take a short break before boarding the ferry to France; while on board take time to explore the bars, restaurants and shops

Day 2:

• On arrival in France, snuggle down as the tour continues through France and Belgium to Holland 
• Take a 45-minute break on the outskirts of Amsterdam, freshen up and buy some breakfast 
• Arrive in Amsterdam and be dropped off near the iconic Heineken Experience, and take a chance to embark on an optional 75-minute boat tour of the city (surcharge may apply) 
• Enjoy about 10 hours of leisure time to explore the city 
• At 8pm depart Amsterdam and retrace the journey back to the French port for the early morning ferry back to Dover

Day 3:

• Arrive back in UK at about 4am

Amsterdam rarely sees the temperatures drop below 0°C in winter, with the average high around of 5°C. The level of sunshine drops to one hour per day in December, but this improves as the season progresses. In the spring, the weather starts to heat up. Although March and April are still chilly, May is often very pleasant with highs reaching 20°C.
