FAQ’s
1. When will I receive a confirmation email?
- You will receive a booking confirmation within 48 hours from the time you make the booking with Travel Provider.
2. How do I find out if my preferred travel dates are available?
- All dates are subject to availability. The dates available are listed on each option or alternatively if you have specific dates in mind, you can call the Travel Provider to check availability but you must always buy the Groupon Voucher before you book.
3. What happens if I buy the Groupon and my travel dates are not available?
- Travel Provider will do everything to ensure that you will get your preferred travel dates. If specific travel dates are not available anymore, the Travel Provider will offer alternative departure dates obviously subject to price and availability within the same validity period you purchased.
4. How much would it cost to fly from an airport not listed as part of this deal?
- The supplemental fee to depart from a specific airport that isn’t included is subject to departure date and availability at the time of booking. You must always buy a Groupon Voucher before you book.
5. Do I have to buy 2 vouchers if I am travelling alone?
- You can just buy 1 voucher and pay the single supplement to Travel Provider at the time of booking.
6. Does my child need a Groupon, and can they stay in my room?
- Children 2 years old and over will need a Groupon for travel. Children under 12 may be eligible for a discount. Contact the Travel Provider at the time of booking. You must always buy a Groupon Voucher before you book.

Price per person (pp) based on double occupancy. You must buy 2 vouchers min. to complete booking.
If you want to travel alone, single supplements will apply based on the departure date and time. Please enquire with the Travel Provider at the time of booking.
Validity period depends on option purchased (date and number of nights).

Must book within 7 days of voucher purchase.

Book your place immediately after buying the voucher to confirm holiday and avoid disappointment. Purchasing the voucher does not guarantee the holiday, customers must book before travel and Not possible to just turn up. Confirmations will be sent out within 3 working days from the date the booking is completed with the Travel Provider.
No modification or cancellation allowed after booking confirmation. Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable to another destination once confirmed.
Limit 4 vouchers per person, may buy extra as gifts but cannot buy more to extend deal.

The hotel is located in Barcelona, Spain.
Valid for flights from London, Manchester, Liverpool & Birmingham airports to Barcelona airport.
Travel documents to be received up to 1 day before departure. You must go with your boarding pass printed at the airport, at the risk of having to pay additional charges.
Hand luggage: 5 to 10 kgs per person included. Hold luggage: not included but can be booked with the Travel Provider at the time of booking.
In-flight meals not included. Airport taxes included. Flight departure points, dates and hours are subject to availability and cannot always be guaranteed. Supplements may apply if busy dates get overbooked and you must always purchase the Groupon Voucher first.
