The 4* Hotel Ludwig Royal is located in the district of Steibis in the village of Oberstaufen in the Swabian-Bavarian district of Oberallgäu in Germany. The luxury hotel locates itself in the "most beautiful adventure playground in the world", the Alps, and welcomes its guests with all the associated amenities. Originally dating from 1756, the hotel has retained the elegance of its origins. At the same time, guests can convince themselves of the successful comfort of the new millennium.

Each of the approx. 30 to 32 square meter deluxe double rooms has a south- or south-east-facing balcony with a view of the Hochgrat or Imberg and the garden. The room has a living room and bedroom with a double bed measuring 1.8 m (width) and 2 m (length) and a TV. There is also a bathroom with shower and toilet.

The kitchen of the in-house restaurant can boast of being included in the 2015 selection of the “Michelin Guide”. The restaurant also has special features in terms of interior design, such as the traditional wrought iron work with gold leaf.

In the wellness area, guests can relax with a massage or a facial or body treatment, or continue their usual workout in the fitness center.
