- Once booked, no changes, cancellation, or refund is allowed. It is possible to cancel the reservation up to 7 days before the arrival date. Less than 7 days, no cancellation or refund is allowed.
- Once the reservation is made, changes are not authorized.
- In the event of a no-show at the hotel, no refund or postponement of the date will be possible.
- Rates may change depending on the date and are subject to availability.
- Tourist tax: 6.5% of the reservation, to be paid on-site.
Hotel Not Hotel
The Not Hotel Rotterdam is located near Rotterdam Central Station, next to the Groothandelsgebouw. You are, therefore, in the heart of the city. The name suggests it's a hotel, but... a hotel like you've never seen before, and, above all, experienced. The 15 rooms are all designed differently and in an original way. You'll feel like Alice in Wonderland here. Don't miss the chance to swim in the vertical pool, explore the invisible room, or discover the secret room behind the bookcase. There's even a life-size cuckoo clock. These are just a few examples. The hotel's common areas are designed as a large lounge, library, and art gallery. The hotel also has a restaurant/bar that offers a Mexican menu and an extensive cocktail menu. Chef Jesús Malverde is in charge.

* Your booking (the selected number of nights) cannot be changed after purchase; the purchase is only valid for the number of nights purchased.
* A cancellation period of 7 days applies prior to your check-in; within this period, cancellation, modification or transfer is no longer possible.
* If you do not show up (“No Show”) you will be charged the total Groupon rate.
* Each traveler's name must match that on their ID at check-in.
* Refunds after check-in cannot be processed by Groupon.
* At least one of the travelers must be 18 years or older at check-in.
*A credit/debit card is required during check-in.
