The Farm

Boasting a scenic location in Yorkshire Wolds, Humble Bee Farm invites holidaymakers to enjoy a glamping experience in a picturesque scenery. Set close to Scarborough, Filey, Bridlington, Whitby and the North York Moors National Park, the farm makes for an attractive destination for outdoor types and history enthusiasts alike.

Humble Bee Farm is located close to a number of beaches. Hunmanby Gap is a hidden gem approximately four miles away, while Filey Bay is about five miles away. Scarborough has two bays, North and South, located about 10 miles away. Bridlington is also a good seaside destination about 15 miles away. 

The farm holds a special events programme which runs from February to October and includes lambing and calving weekends, bat and owl watches, Halloween, stargazing and more.

The wigwams and glamping yurts are a short walk from the toilet and shower facilities, recycling facilities, children’s play area, an on-site shop, reception, drinking water points and laundry services. Guests can also enjoy walks around the farm land.

Each wigwam comes equipped with a comfy raised mattress, toaster, microwave, kettle, fridge, electricity, lockable door, wall heater and outdoor picnic bench and includes use of a charcoal barbecue and parking space for one vehicle.

Each glamping yurt is equipped with a heater, double bed with a mattress only, two single futons, stove burner, fairy lights, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge, while the outside facilities include fire bowls (timber provided by Humble Bee Farm at a nightly tariff), a picnic bench, parking space, canopied kitchen area with a one-ring gas burner hob and charcoal barbecue (charcoal not included).
