Tour Details

Rain Forest Adventure
On this full day tour, travellers will head deep into the Sarapiquí area, through the Braulio Carrillo National Park, one of the most important rainforest reserves of Costa Rica, and end the day with a trip through the canopy at the Atlantic Rainforest Aerial Tram. In the Braulio Carrillo National Park guests will enjoy a boat ride on the Sarapiqui River, where plenty of wildlife can be spotted. The tour will continue with a walk on Selva Verde Eco Lodge’s private nature trails, where brightly coloured macaws, tropical frogs, monkeys and butterflies can be seen. After lunch, visitors with head back to San Jose via the Atlantic Rainforest Aerial Tram, situated in 1,200 acres of private reserve that borders the Braulio Carrillo National Park. This section of the tour includes a gondola ride through the tree canopy, in the company of an expert naturalist guide.

La Paz Waterfall Gardens
On this tour, holidaymakers will head deep into the heart of the cloud forests of Costa Rica with a trip to La Paz Waterfall Gardens, where geological features, lush rainforests and cloud forests, tumbling waterfalls and rare animals can be spotted. En route, guests can see the Agriculture Monument, the Juan Santamaria Monument, the Mango Park, and some coffee and strawberry plantations. At the foothills of the Central Volcanic Mountain Range, nature trails can be explored alongside with the White Magic Waterfall. On the nature trails, customers will have the chance to discover a butterfly farm, hummingbird garden and the tropical rainforest. Poas Volcano National Park
On this thrilling tour, travellers will discover the secrets of Costa Rican coffee, the mysterious cloud forest, a mighty volcano and a blue lagoon. On the Pan-American Highway, towards the city of Alajuela, guests will travel through coffee plantations and stop for a brief explanation of golden bean coffee on the way up the slopes of Poás Volcano National Park. Here, holidaymakers will discover the two ice-blue crater lakes and the sulfur fumaroles at the summit of the volcano, followed by a hike to the Botos Lagoon.
