1. When will I receive a confirmation email?
You will receive a booking confirmation within three working days from the time you make the booking with KPX Travel.
2. How do I find out if my preferred travel dates are available?
All dates are subject to availability. The dates available are listed in each option or, alternatively, you can call the agent to check if you have specific dates in mind.
3. What happens if I buy the Groupon and my travel dates are not available?
KPX Travel will do everything to ensure that you get your preferred travel dates. If specific travel dates are not available anymore, the agent will propose alternative departure dates within the same validity period you purchased.
4. How much would it cost to fly from an airport not listed as part of this deal?
The departure airports included will be advised at the time of booking, based on availability. A supplemental fee to depart from a specific airport that isn’t included in price is subject to departure date and availability at the time of booking.
5. Do I have to buy two vouchers if I am travelling alone?
You can buy one voucher and pay the single supplement to KPX Travel at the time of booking.
6. Does my child need a Groupon and can they stay in my room?
Children 2 years old and over will need a Groupon to travel. Children under 12 may be eligible for a discount. Contact KPX Travel at the time of booking.

THE HELICOPTER TOUR:
You must contact the local service provider to verify your exact departure time. You are required to reconfirm if the tour is running by contacting the supplier directly at least 48 hours before the date of the service on +34 93 2240710 (opening hours: Mon-Sun 10am-6pm). The tour will not be confirmed until you call. If you do not call supplier, they will cancel your booking. Tours are not private. All helicopters seat 5 passengers and will operate with a minimum of 4 passengers each. Children aged 2 years old and above are permitted onboard of the helicopter. Adult pricing applies to all travelers. Wheelchair accessible, please advise at time of booking if wheelchair assistance is required. Passenger weight details are required to equilibrate the total weight of the flight. Seating distribution onboard is subject to the pilot's judgement. Due to comfort and weight balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing over 110 Kg (240 lbs) will be required to purchase an additional seat. Must have a valid passport for identification. Must check in all bags with security. No handbags or carry-on bags will be allowed on the flight. Lockers will be available free of charge.
