The Road Trip

An icon of the United States of America’s history and culture, the world-renowned Route 66 has become a must for holidaymakers wishing to embark on an all-American road trip and discover the heritage of the towns and cities which have maintained their 1930s feel along the way. This two-week trip will guide tourists through eight American states, from city skyscrapers to cowboy towns and from desert scenes to the glittering lights of Las Vegas and sandy beaches of Los Angeles.

In Chicago, visitors can dine on the captivating shores of Lake Michigan and explore the shops of Michigan Avenue, while St. Louis allures with its blues and jazz scene. Leaving the Mississippi River behind and passing through rolling countryside once inhabited by the Native Americans, travellers will arrive in Springfield, the town known as the birthplace of Route 66. The journey will also take open-road enthusiasts past Western-like scenery such as canyons and deserts in Oklahoma and Amarillo. After passing through Tucumcari, known as the Gateway to New Mexico, a vista of mountain peaks and historic communities will be revealed while en route to Albuquerque.

Before arriving to the sparkling lights of Las Vegas, travellers are welcomed by the Grand Canyon State of Arizona with its Canyon de Chelly National Monument, home to a number of Navajo Indian families and the vast spaces and summits carved by the Colorado River. The last pit stop on the list is none other than Los Angeles, a bustling metropolis filled with seaside activities on Venice Beach and even celebrity spotting on the famous Hollywood Boulevard.

Customers will receive a booking confirmation within 48 hours from the time of booking.

2. How do I find out if my preferred travel dates are available?
All dates are subject to availability. The dates available are listed on each option or alternatively, if customers have specific dates in mind, they can call the agent to check.

3. What happens if I buy the Groupon and my travel dates are not available?
KPX Travel will do everything to ensure that customers will get their preferred travel dates. If specific travel dates are not available anymore, the agent will propose alternative departure dates within the same validity period.

4. How much would it cost to fly from an airport not listed as part of this deal?
The departure airports included will be advised at the time of booking based on availability. The supplemental fee to depart from a specific airport that is not included is subject to departure date and availability at the time of booking.

5. Do I have to buy 2 vouchers if I am travelling alone?
Customers can just buy 1 voucher and pay the single supplement to KPX Travel at the time of booking.

6. Does my child need a Groupon, and can they stay in my room?
Children aged 2 and older will need a Groupon for travel. Children aged under 12 may be eligible for a discount. Contact KPX Travel at the time of booking.
