Please attach your voucher to the email. 30-day modification policy (before scheduled date of arrival and upon availability). Cancellations and/or amendments will attract the following charges (this will include amendments, which cancel any room nights or group private functions reserved): 100% cancellation charge for total services reserved if cancelled 6 or fewer days in advance (this includes all “no-shows” – non-arrivals without written cancellation); 75% cancellation charge for total services reserved if cancelled between 7 and 14 days prior to arrival; 50% cancellation charge if cancelled between 15 and 21 days prior to arrival; 25% cancellation charge if cancelled between 22 and 30 days prior to arrival; 0% cancellation charge if cancelled 31 or more days prior to arrival. Bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. May buy multiple vouchers to extend stay or as gifts. No limit per stay.
