The Camper Vans
Picking up one of two 1965 original VW split screen camper vans from their Lower Peover home, up to two adults and two children can drive off at their own pace, taking in as much — or as little — as possible. With 100 miles per day included in the hire, drivers may wish to peruse some of the small Cheshire villages nearby, or travel on to other areas of interest such as Chester where attractions include the Roman Amphitheatre and the Grade I listed Cathedral. Other nearby places include Liverpool, Manchester and the Peak District.

Both camper vans are equipped with everything needed to make breaks as cosy and homely as possible. As well as a fleece throw, door mat and music station for iPods and iPhones, guests will also receive a duvet and pillow for a comfy night’s sleep. Bed linen can also be hired for a £15 surcharge.

Kitchen facilities are included in each van, along with cooking equipment ready to rustle up some meals. A two-burner cooker, cutlery, crockery, a whistling kettle and toaster are all features inside the vans, along with a picnic table and chair.

Included in the hire is fully comprehensive insurance for one driver, as well as AA relay breakdown assistance in case of any emergencies. Other features include a first aid kit, fire safety equipment and a 10L water container.

Upon collection, each camper van will be filled up with a full tank of unleaded fuel, which needs to be refilled when vans are returned.
