Orwell Meadows Leisure Park
Perched on a rural spot amid 18 acres of vivid greenery, Orwell Meadows Leisure Park provides an oasis of tranquillity amid the lush woodlands and sandy riverbanks of Orwell Estuary.

- Orwell Meadows have 1 pet friendly unit on site. This is subject to availability and must be checked and reserved prior to arrival. A £20 cleaning supplement will be added to all bookings requesting a pet friendly unit. Please leave unit in a clean and tidy condition.

Valid from 20 June to 30 September 2015. Excluded dates/periods: 25-30 June, 27-31 August 2015. Dates are subject to availability, check with merchant for specific availability.
Price for 4 people.
Booking:
Must book within 6 weeks of purchase. Latest possible booking must be made by 31 August 2015.
Questions and bookings required by phone: 01473 726 666 or by email: recept@orwellmeadows.co.uk, and subject to availability. Must quote security code & voucher code when booking.
Must bring Groupon voucher on redemption. Please attach your voucher to the e-mail.
Booking modification upon merchant availabilities (book early to get your dates). Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable once confirmed.
Limit 1 voucher per stay. May buy multiple as gifts.
Limitations:
Must be 18 or older with valid ID for alcohol.
All units are smoke free, Groupon holder must be 21 or above.
Bar and restaurant opening times may vary throughout the season.
Guests must bring: duvet cover, bottom sheets, pillowcases, tea towels, and bath towels, additional toilet paper and detergents.
Damage waiver deposit of £40 per unit is applicable payable on arrival. Fully refundable subject to satisfactory review of unit / inventory upon check-out.
Electricity / gas / water / maintenance charges: 3 night stay: £10; 5 night stay: £15, 7 night stay: £20.
Surcharges will be paid directly to the Orwell Meadows Leisure Park at time of booking.
All supplements must be paid in advance prior to arrival.

Valid for stay in 2-bedroom holiday home (1 x double bed, 1 x twin bedded room) for 2 adults and 2 children or 4 adults - maximum 4 people; or 3-bedroom holiday home (1 x double, 2 x twin bedded rooms) for 2 adults and 4 children - maximum 6 people but Groupon offer is only valid for 4 people any additional guests will need to pay a supplement of £15 per person per stay. For baby cot, enquire at time of booking. Each unit comes with own patio / BBQ area with table and chairs.
