We reserve the right to pre-authorise the credit card upon arrival as a security deposit which will be released upon departure. Failure to provide photographic ID, Park Lane City Apartments may refuse the entry. In case of non-social behaviour, complaint or abuse to the staff, you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately without refund or redress. The lead guest must be at least 18 years old. All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. The property has a strict non-party policy. Please note that Stag / Hen and any other parties are not permitted. Should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without prior authorization from the management, guests will be asked to vacate the premises immediately and the accommodation cost will not be refunded.
