The Hotel
Set in South West England, the four-star Rookery Manor is a 16th-century manor house boasting a blend of historical beauty and contemporary amenities. The hotel makes for an ideal base for exploring the Somerset countryside and the seaside town of Weston-Super-Mare which can be reached within a 30-minute drive.
Each room comes with an individually designed decor, and their styles range from homey and rustic to palatial with a four-poster bed. All of them feature TVs, en-suite bathrooms, as well as tea and coffee making and ironing facilities.
The on-site restaurant tempts with an array of seasonal dishes, such as roasted venison haunch or baked mackerel with cherry tomato salsa, as well as an extensive wine list to complete the dining experience.
