The Experience
During a 15-day luxury stay travellers will visit and experience some of the greatest attractions of millennia -old culture of China. Highlights include the Forbidden City of Beijing, the the Imperial Garden of the Qing Dynasty, the Great Wall of China and Three Gorges Dam.

Itinerary
Day 1: UK - stop(s) - Beijing
- Departure from UK to Beijing (one night will be spent on the plane)
Day 2: Beijing
- Arrive at Beijing Airport and transfer to hotel. Refresh and relax at leisure
- Stay at the 5* Lijingwan International Hotel or similar
Day 3: Beijing
- After breakfast, visit the Tiananmen Square, then enter the imperial–red walls of the ornate Forbidden City, the emperor’s palace – off limits to commoners for centuries. You will also visit the Temple of Heaven
- Cultural activity in the evening: Beijing Opera
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner included
Day 4: Beijing
- Excursion to the ancient Great Wall, originally built as protection from the Huns and other Nomadic tribes, and never completely fulfilling its purpose
- Lunch at local restaurant
- Continue from the Wall to the famous Ming Tombs, the burial site of 13 emperors of the Ming Dynasty (1368–1644)
- Special dinner: Beijing Roast Duck
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner included
Day 5: Beijing - Xi’an (Flight)
- Visit the Summer Palace, the Imperial Garden of the Qing Dynasty, then take a rickshaw to visit the old Beijing Hutong
- Fly to Xi’an in the afternoon and transfer to hotel (dinner on the flight)
- Stay at the 5* Grand Soluxe International Hotel or similar

Day 6: Xi’an
- Spend a thrilling day to explore the excavation site of Xi’an resident army of 8000 Terra Cotta Army. Each soldier appears to have his own individual personality and many equipped with chariots and horses
- Enjoy a Tang Dynasty Dancing Show along with a Dumpling Banquet in the evening

Day 7: Xi’an - Wuhan (Flight)
- After breakfast, take the morning flight to Wuhan and transfer to hotel.

Day 8: Wuhan - Jingzhou - Cruise (coach)
- After breakfast, transfer to Jingzhou and city tour of Jingzhou. Jingzhou, located on the banks of the Yangtze River with 6000 years history gave birth to the culture of ‘‘Chu’’
- Embark on the cruise - Sinorama Gold 8

Day 9: Yangtze River Cruise - Three Gorges
- Excursion: Three Gorges Dam – the world’s largest hydroelectricity project. Passage of the Three Gorges Dam and the 5–stage Ship Lock

Day 10: Yangtze River Cruise - Three Gorges
- Excursion: Shennv Stream, tributary stream of Yangtze River, embark on smaller boats to enjoy a closer encounter of the beauty of the Three Gorges
- Continue to Gorge Wu and Gorge Qutang
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner included
Day 11: Yangtze River Cruise - Three Gorges
- Excursion: Shibaozhai, literally ‘‘Precious Stone Fortress’’ is a hill along the bank of the Yangtze River. On the river side of the hill is a red pavilion of nine floors which leans against the side of the hill providing a walkway to the temple at the top of the hill
- Captain’s Farewell Dinner

Day 12: Chongqing - Shanghai (Flight) - Suzhou (Coach)
- Disembark in Chongqing
- Transfer to the airport and fly to Shanghai, transfer to Suzhou by coach
- Stay at the 5* Suzhou Grace Hotel or similar
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner included
Day 13: Suzhou - Shanghai (Coach)
- Visit the Liu Garden. City tour and some free time in the old town of Suzhou. Transfer to Shanghai.
- Stay at the 5* Wyndham Shanghai Bund East or similar
Day 14: Shanghai
- First visit the Shanghai Museum, then you will have free time to shop at Nanjing Road where there are plenty of large stores and boutiques. Then visit the bund, where you can experience the modernity of Shanghai. Following the dinner is an exciting Acrobatics Show in the evening

Day 15: Shanghai - stop - UK
- Free time in the morning and then transfer to the Airport for the international flight back home
