Smithson Farm Camping and Caravan Park
Located in the Pendle countryside, the Smithson Farm Glamping and Caravan Park is a traditional 18th-century Longhouse Farm which invites intrepid glampers to spend moments of relaxation in the scenic Lancashire countryside. Numerous attractions, such as the Yorkshire Dales, Manchester, Leeds, The Forest of Bowland, Ribble Valley and the coastal resorts of Blackpool and Southport are just a short drive away.
Built from Siberian larch, the pods are insulated and soundproof and consist of main rooms and toilet rooms. Each one comes complete with an oak bed with bedding, bathrobes, slipper, sitting area, as well as a TV, heater, fridge, and hot drink-making facilities. The campsite is equipped with toilets and shower.
Open daily, the on-site Woodend Mining Museum invites adults and children alike to learn more about the local mining history.
