If foreign office advice should advise against all but essential travel to the customer holiday destination the customer will be entitled to a full refund.

The Mystery Holiday draw is based on 1000 holidays (2000 vouchers/passengers).
Holidays are split into three tiers of destinations. Every customer will be drawn a destination tier as indicated in the list of potentials destinations. The number of holidays available by tier per 1000 holidays (2000 vouchers/passengers) is as follows:
6 vouchers/passengers will be drawn Tier 1 Holidays, 12 voucher/passengers will be drawn Tier 2 Holidays and 1982 vouchers/passengers will be drawn Tier 3 Holidays.
For the avoidance of doubt, due to the nature of the draw, if the deal does not sell out and fewer than 1000 holidays (2000 vouchers/passengers) are purchased, there is no guarantee as to which holiday will be assigned to customers as the holiday allocated will be drawn at random.
Alternatively if the mystery holiday should sell more than 1000 holidays (2000 vouchers/passengers), purchases after the initial 1000 holidays (2000 vouchers/passenger) will be entered into a separate draw.
