The Deal
Set among the rolling greenery of the Yorkshire Dales, The Coniston Hotel forms part of the Coniston Estate. The surroundings offer plenty of opportunities to get out an explore, while the estate itself is also home to Coniston Hall, while the on-site shooting ground and falconry centre offer a host of other outdoor pursuits.

The hotel boasts a collection of 71 rooms, with several boasting views over the lake and grounds. The venue also boasts space for functions and events against the backdrop of the Dales, including weddings.

Originally purchased by the Bannister family in the late 1960s, the site has diversified from farming since, offering a farm shop alongside the likes of shooting, archery, fishing, falconry and even a 4x4 experience in the North Yorkshire National Park in Land Rovers or Kubota RT vehicles.

The estate also offers plenty of opportunities to dine in style, while their spa facility is nearing completion. Due to open in October 2015, the spa is set to feature a pool, thermal suite, gym, treatment rooms, relaxation and dining areas, a terrace and more.
