About the deal:

• Breakfast is a Continental Breakfast of Toast, Cereals, Juice, Hot Drinks, Pastries, Fruit, and Yoghurts. You can upgrade for £5 per person per day to also add on our All You Can Eat Hot Buffet Breakfast of Bacon, Sausages, Fried Eggs or Scrambled Egg, Tomatoes, and Beans.
• Hashed Browns, Mushrooms, Fried Bread.
• We also have Gluten Free and Vegan options. (Occasionally Breakfast may be cooked to order instead of the Buffet, but you will still be able to choose to have whatever you want).
• On arrival you will be given 2 vouchers (1 per person) for a free cocktail that you can redeem at
• The three Chimneys Smokehouse at any time during your stay.
• On arrival our Reception Team will offer you all available parking options, which include a pay and display area at the front of the hotel, permits for 2 long stay car parks, and blue badge parking areas.
• We also have 2 small onsite car parks that are charged at £10 per vehicle per night, parking is not guaranteed or reserved in advance.
• Pet Friendly with Pet-Friendly Rooms, and a pet-friendly section in the Restaurant. £10 per night per pet.
• Customers must supervise their pets at all times and not leave them alone in the rooms.
• Check-In Time- 3 pm. If you arrive earlier feel free to come to the Reception where at a minimum we will arrange your parking and store your luggage whilst you go and explore Weymouth.
• You can book a guaranteed early check-in for 12 p.m. at only £10.
• Please check with us in advance if we can accommodate your mobility requests.
• Whilst we are unable to offer any disabled room types, we do have a few rooms that are more accessible and serviced by a small lift that allows access from our bar, restaurant, and reception.
• However, many of our room types are not serviced by a wheelchair-friendly lift.
• Please note that some rooms are located in our extension at the back of the hotel.
• Please let the property know in advance if you would prefer a room in the main hotel.
• This Voucher entitles you to a Double or Twin Room with an ensuite. Please enquire if you would like to upgrade to a Seaview Double or one of our Family Rooms.
• Voucher is valid from 1st October 2023- 30th April School Holidays are excluded.
• Please check availability with the hotel.
• Upon Booking with the hotel you will be asked to choose a spa treatment and book in for a time.
• Once booked any modifications to the spa treatment booking are not guaranteed as we may be fully booked. These do become non-exchangeable.
