The Luxury Health Retreat

The Full Package
- All food and drink for entire stay (all food will be sourced from local farms and cooked fresh daily). Breakfast will be a mixture of grilled English breakfast including bacon madaleons and sausage or cereals with fresh fruit. Lunch will be a buffet meal including at least 3 options: grilled meat or fish, pasta or rice dish and salad. Dinner will be a buffet arrangement, with at least 4 options including: thai fish curry, chicken pasta and vegetarian lasagna. Drinks will be provided throughout the day. This includes freshly prepared fruit and vegetable juice and fresh bottled water. No alcohol will be provided whilst at the retreat.
